Firstly we will visit the chocolate museum where you have the opportunity to learn and taste the Peruvian chocolate in different versions such as Black, brown and white. Later we will visit a gourmet cafe to enjoy the most popular desserts like Suspiro a la Limeña which is our flag dessert, it's a classic dessert from Lima and Tres Leches (Peruvian Three Milks) that has become a typical dessert in Peru over the last years.
Then we will visit the famous Central Market, In this great market we will appreciate a wide range of fresh Peruvian fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, fish, seafood and even harder to find, in this interesting market we will taste different kind of exotic fruits such as Tuna (Cactus Fruit), Aguaymanto (Peruvian Cherry) and Granadilla (sweet grenadia).
Later we will enjoy a delicious Cebiche (Marinade Sea food in lemon juice) with a peruvian drink, Chicha Morada (Purple corn drink). After we will taste some popular desserts such as Mazamorra Morada (Typical Limeñan Purple Corn Dessert), Arroz con Leche (Peruvian Rice Pudding) or Crema Volteada (Peruvian Crème Caramel).
